What are the ProductReview.com.au Awards?

The ProductReview.com.au Annual Awards highlight products and services that have been well regarded by the ProductReview community.

These awards are judged independently and impartially by the ProductReview.com.au Data & Content Team. As such, these awards cannot be bought, nor be influenced by commercial relationships.

This year, out of more than 68,000 eligible nominations, we have selected over 700 products & services across over 370 categories as winners of the ProductReview.com.au Awards for 2024. These winners represent outstanding purchasing choices available to Australian consumers in 2023.

‍How are ProductReview.com.au Award winners determined?

Award winners are based on the following criteria:

They are listed in a category selected to be judged on ProductReview.com.au.

The product or service was sold to the Australian public in 2023.

The product or service listing has a minimum rating score of 4.0 stars.

Consideration of the rating and review count for the product or service in the last 12 months

Consideration of the overall rating and review count for the product or service.

Other category-specific data points.

Using the metrics given from the above criteria, alongside qualitative analysis of review data, our Data & Content Team choose the highest scoring items within a category to win the award. The Data & Content Team may also consider additional factors that vary from category to category. There may be more than one winner per category.
