If You Are Buying A Property

  • Signing a contract can be a scary thing - particularly for first home buyers. If you would like, Monkey can review your contract before you sign it.
  • Monkey gives you the heads up on what your rights and obligations are under the contract.
  • Preparation is the key! Monkey speaks legal jargon better than the average ape and we will prepare all the legal documents you need to transfer the property to you.
  • Monkey provides the required legal documents to all parties including the seller, the real estate agent and your lender.
  • Who doesn’t love a concession? Monkey assesses the contract for transfer duty on behalf of the Office of State Revenue and provides you with documents allowing you to claim any concessions you are entitled to. Yay!
