Our mission starts with you – everything we do is built on giving you great service and a great experience during what can be a very emotional and daunting process!

We’re not out to change the world but we do want to change the world of conveyancing. Most of the feedback we get comes back to the same thing – “will you transfer the property properly so that it really is mine? So that I can sleep soundly at night without the worry of a knock on the door that I don’t want some time in the future?”

Our answer to that, our mission, is a resounding “YES!”

Conveyancing can be scary the first time (remember your first kiss?) and it can be stressful. You’re handing over control of perhaps the biggest purchase you’ll ever make to someone that you don’t know, there’s deadlines and a lot of your money involved, and you just want someone you can trust.

But there’s nothing to fear with Monkey. After all, we’re a cute little bloke, not an 800-pound gorilla! But don’t be fooled; Monkey handles every transaction with a dedicated team of professionals that will take care of you right through the conveyancing jungle.

You see, conveyancing is a process. It’s not a difficult process, but there are a lot of little traps along the way that we’ve probably experienced before that might catch most people out. Lots of big legal words are still used (which makes conveyancing sound scarier than it should) but we’ve invested in the most up-to-date systems and processes so that you don’t need to worry about any of that.

Here’s the serious part:

Solicitors are professionals and must work to very high standards. There are penalties if we don’t. Solicitors are some of the most highly regulated people in the world. Makes sense if you think about it – lawyers love laws.

But we don’t need to seen as dull to give you confidence in us. We’re definitely not dull. After all, who ever heard of a law firm calling themselves Monkey?

So that’s our mission. We want to get rid of the fear and oppressive image around what we do. The bottom line is that you’ll have peace of mind, both along the way with the process and with the result. The best way for that to happen is to be honest and ethical and get the job done on time.

We’re just like you and know the emotions involved when you’re buying or selling property.  At Monkey, we are real, accessible, friendly and human – even if we have a Monkey face.
