Speak to one of our experienced conveyancers for more information on additional searches. We will always confirm with you before carrying out additional searches. The quoted search fees are correct as of the date of quoting, but Government Departments & Authorities increase their costs from time to time without notice and any increase in search fees will be passed on to you.

Signed Contracts‍

Contracts for Review

Monkey Conveyancing reviews standard residential contracts for free.*

The cost of reviewing an off-the-plan body corporate contract is $220. An off-the-plan land contract review is $165. The review fee is payable in advance. If you are unsure what type of contract you have, we can advise you once you email it to us.

Contracts for review can be sent to contracts@monkeyconveyancing.com.au. Ensure you put "for review" in the subject of the email and also include your phone number and a note about any concerns or questions you have in regards to the contract.

Standard residential contract reviews will be responded to via email within 2 business days. Off-the-plan contract reviews will be responded to within 2-3 business days.

*Your first and second contract reviews are free. Asking us to review a third contract will incur a fee of $110.00.
